Breakfast Smoothie Bowl with Nutty Granola

Ingredients

1 punnet frozen berries

1 large ripe banana, plus extra to garnish 

3 tbsp natural yoghurt, plus extra to serve

1 tsp of maple syrup

Pinch of cinnamon

Nutty granola

1 tsp chia seeds

A splash of milk, if required

Method

Place berries, banana, maple syrup, and yoghurt into a food processor and blend until a thick paste forms.

Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with the nutty granola. Garnish with chia seeds and another dollop of yoghurt.
