Ingredients

2 frozen store-bought roti

4 streaky rindless bacon rashers

2 eggs

Coriander, to serve 

Chutney of your choice, serve

Method

Cook the roti as per packet instructions.

Heat a pan over medium heat and fry the bacon on either side until crispy. Now fry the eggs in the bacon fat, and cook to your liking. 

Spread chutney on the roti and top with bacon, egg and coriander. nd drizzle with olive oil to serve.
