Brazilian Coconut Limeade

Ingredients

2 limes, washed and dried and quartered

30ml white rum (optional) 

1 cup of iced water

3-4 tbsp sweetened condensed milk 

2 scoops of coconut sorbet

To Garnish

Mint, to garnish

Lime, sliced

2 sprigs of mint, leaves picked

Method

In a blender, combine limes and water. Pour the mixture through a sieve into a jug, discarding the solids. Return to the blender with white rum, condensed milk and a few blocks of ice. Blend until combined.

Add ice and sorbet into the glass and top with the limeade. Garnish with mint leaves and lime slices.
