Beetroot Hummus

Ingredients

500g canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
3 cloves of garlic – crushed
½ cup tahini
1 tbs Bioglan Superfoods Beetroot Powder
¼ cup lemon juice
1 tsp ground cumin
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup water

Method

Place the chickpeas, garlic, olive oil, tahini paste, beetroot powder, cumin and lemon juice in a food processor and process until combined. Add ¼ cup (60ml) of water and process again until quite smooth. Drizzle with a little olive oil. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
