Tuna Puttanesca, Macaroni Cheese

Ingredients

2x 95gm can Sirena Tuna Puttanesca
300g macaroni pasta, boiled (following packet instructions)
1 ball of mozzarella cheese, grated
½ cup firm ricotta cheese
1 handful of fresh bread
1 handful of grated parmesan
¼ bunch basil, picked

Method

Preheat grill

In a large bowl mix the tuna and its oils with the mozzarella, ricotta, basil and cooked macaroni. Place in a baking dish and sprinkle on the breadcrumbs and parmesan and place in the oven. Grill until the top is crunchy and golden. Serve with a green salad on the side.
