Spaghetti with Anchovies and Onions

Ingredients

1 pkt San Remo Artisan Spaghetti
¼ cup olive oil
1 brown onion, finely diced
300g anchovies, drained
½ cup grated pecorino
3 tbsp butter
Cracked pepper

Method

Heat olive oil in a pan and add onion. Cook until soften. Add the anchovies and sauté for 3 to 5 minutes or until anchovies are dissolved.

Cook pasta as per packet directions. Drain pasta and pour into a bowl. Add butter, pecorino and toss through pasta. Pour onion and anchovies over the pasta and mix together. Add a generous amount of cracked pepper and serve.
