Peanut Butter and Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients

500g frozen banana chunks
2 tbsp chunky peanut butter 
1 tbsp maple syrup 
4 vanilla triple wafer biscuits 
100g 70% cocoa dark chocolate, melted 
Pinch salt 
¼ cup roasted peanuts, chopped 
4 glace cherries 

Method

In a food processor blend the banana chunks, peanut butter and maple syrup until it resembles smooth soft-serve ice cream.

Scoop 2-3 balls of ice cream into glasses and drizzle over chocolate, a pinch of salt and peanuts. Garnish with glace cherries.
