Parmesan Crisps

Cook Time 15 minutes

Ingredients

1 cup of finely grated Parmesan
1 ½ tbsp plain flour
Pepper
1 tsp finely chopped rosemary

Method

Combine all of the ingredients together. Place a large non-stick fry pan over a medium heat.

Working in batches form 2-tablespoon mounds of the mixture in the pan and with the back of the spoon spread out a little to make into rounds. Once the cheese begins to sizzle, melt and caramelise around the sides, flip carefully with a spatula and cook on the other side for a few seconds until golden.

Place on a wire rack and continue the process until all of the mixture is used.
