Paleo Trifle

Cook Time 20 minutes plus chilling

Ingredients

150g paleo granola

1 Granny Smith apple, grated

180ml almond milk

3 tbsp coconut yoghurt

1 punnet raspberries

1 punnet strawberries

2 tbsp maple syrup

100g dark chocolate, melted

Method

Mix the granola, coconut yoghurt and grated apple together.

Add the raspberries, strawberries and maple syrup to a food processor and pulse 5 - 6 times to crush.

Place 4 tablespoons of the granola mixture into serving glasses or bowls. Then spoon a layer of the berry crush on top and finish with a thin layer of melted chocolate.

Refrigerate for 15 minutes to let the chocolate set before serving.
