Mint and Coriander Chutney

Ingredients

150g fresh coriander

250g fresh spring onion

200g fresh mint leaves

3/4 green chillies

100g fresh ginger

80g sugar

15g salt

200g ice (optional)

4 lemons, juiced

Method

Put all the above ingredients in blender until pureed. Add lemon juice to taste.
