Kale, Banana and Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup frozen banana slices

1 large kale leaf, stems remove and chopped

2 tbsp oats

3 tbsp Greek-style yoghurt

1 cup (250ml) coconut water

Pinch cinnamon

Method

Place all of the ingredients into a blender except the cinnamon. Blend until smooth.

Serve in two chilled glasses and garnish with cinnamon.
