Ingredients

1kg wagyu beef mince
15 gm salt
4 gm pepper
1 iceberg lettuce, torn & washed
4 tomatoes, sliced
10 slices cheddar cheese
½ cup mayonnaise
tomato ketchup
mustard
pickles
10 x 75gm soft buns (Asian Bakery)
clarified butter

Huxtaburgers

Method

Mix salt and pepper through mince & weigh out to 100gm patties and flatten and lay out on greaseproof paper. Cook patties on a flat grill and put the cheese on top when you turn it over. Brush buns with clarified butter & toast on the flat grill.

Build burgers from the bottom in this order:

Bun
Ketchup
Pickles
Pattie w cheese
Mustard
Tomato
Lettuce
Bun top with mayo spread on it.

Serve!
