Frozen Berry Bowl

Cook time 10 minutes (+overnight freezing)

Ingredients

1 punnet each of raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and blackberries, frozen overnight. Reserve a few fresh berries for garnish
1 large banana, chopped into rounds and frozen overnight
2 tbsp honey
¼ cup almond milk
¼ cup coconut flakes, toasted
½ cup of your preferred nuts
¼ cup of your preferred seeds

Frozen Berry Bowl

Method

In a blender add the frozen berries, banana, honey and almond milk.

Blitz until a smooth, thick puree forms.

Portion into bowls and garnish with fresh berries, coconut, nuts and seeds.
