Crispy Tofu with Seaweed Salt

Cook Time 15 minutes

Servings 1-2

Ingredients

1 cup rice flour

500g firm tofu, cut into 3cm squares

2 tbsp seaweed salt

Vegetable oil, for frying

Method

Toss the tofu into rice flour.

In batches, fry the tofu in a wok with hot oil until they are golden and crisp.

Drain on paper towel and gently toss with the seaweed salt.
