Ingredients

2 cups jasmine rice
1.5 cups water
400ml coconut milk
1 kaffir lime leave
3cm piece of lemongrass. bruised

Coconut Rice

Method

Place all of the ingredients into a rice cooker and steam for about 15 minutes until cooked. Remove lemongrass, and serve.
