Cinnamon Maple Macadamias

Ingredients

1 ½ cups Macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ cup maple syrup

Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Toss the nuts with cinnamon. Spread on a baking tray. Bake until lightly golden and fragrant, about 20-25 minutes. Pour the syrup over the nuts and stir to combine. Bake for 5 minutes more, then cool on the baking tray.

This is a great topping for yoghurt or porridge.
