Ingredients

400g can organic lite coconut cream
1/3 cup chia seeds
80ml (1/3 cup) honey
Blueberries to serve

If you are looking for a new healthy breakfast idea, try Daniela's Chia Pudding! It stacked with flavour and good for you too.

Method

Place coconut cream, honey and Bioglan SuperFoods Chia Seeds in a bowl, stir well to combine. Cover and store in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight to thicken.

Remove from fridge and divide amongst serving glasses. Top with berries.
