Cheesy Cheat’s Gnocchi Bolognese

Ingredients

500g store bought gnocchi

80g mozzarella, grated

1 cup fresh breadcrumbs

2 tbsp olive oil

1kg beef mince

1 onion, chopped or grated

1 carrot, grated

1 stick celery, chopped or grated

1-2 cloves garlic, minced

700g tomato passata

Salt and pepper

2 dried bay leaves

Method

Preheat the multicooker. Add oil, onion, carrot, celery and garlic and fry until softened. And mince, bay leaves and salt and fry until the meat changes colour. Add the passata and turn the knob to the stew program. Change time to 20 minutes, lock the lid into place and cook under pressure.

Cook gnocchi as per packet instructions. Drain and arrange gnocchi over the bolognese. Combine the mozzarella and breadcrumbs and sprinkle over gnocchi. Attach the crisper lid and air fry until the cheese is golden and crisp.
