Bruschetta with Tuna Slices, Pesto and Walnuts

Ingredients

1 jar of your favourite pesto
1 handful toasted walnuts
Sirena tuna slices in oil
¼ bunch of chives finely sliced
4 sliced of sourdough
Shaved parmesan, to garnish
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt 

Bruschetta with Tuna Slices, Pesto and Walnuts

Method

Toast the sourdough on each side until golden brown. Spread each slice with a thick lather of pesto and top with the tuna slices. Sprinkle on the walnuts and chives.  Finally finish with the parmesan and a little olive oil.
