Blue Cheese and Parmesan Sauce

300ml cooking cream
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan
Zest of half a lemon
Pinch of nutmeg
50-60 grams blue cheese

Blue Cheese and Parmesan Sauce


In a small saucepan, bring the cream to the boil and simmer until thick. Remove from the heat. Crumble in the blue cheese. Add the parmesan, nutmeg and lemon zest. Stir to combine.

Serve over pasta or steak!
