Banana and Strawberry Ice Cream

Cook Time 2 hours (including chilling time)

Servings 2-4

Ingredients

2 cups of frozen bananas

1 cup of plain yogurt

3 tbsp of fine sugar

4 tbsp of fruit jam

Method

Add all ingredients in to the frozen bananas, plain yogurt and fine sugar into a hand blender. Put the speed on number 12 and blend until all ingredients are well mixed.

Place in the freezer for 2 hours, or until firm.
