Baby-Friendly Wholemeal Pancakes

Ingredients

½ cup wholemeal self-raising flour

½ cup rolled oats

1 cup of buttermilk (or any milk of your choice including nut milks)

1 large ripe banana

Pinch cinnamon

1 egg

Apple sauce, compote or peanut butter, to serve

Natural yoghurt, to serve

Method

Mash the banana with the buttermilk, cinnamon and egg.

Mix the oats and flour into a bowl and mix in the wet ingredients.

Heat a crepe pan over a medium heat and brush with a little oil. Dollop spoonfuls of pancake mixture. Cook for a minute on each side.

Serve with yoghurt and apple sauce.
