Terri Taylor
Terri Taylor, a professional French trained Chef, will welcome you into her home which is situated on acreage where she grows her own produce. She will welcome you with tea or coffee before introducing you to different techniques and food in her kitchen. You have plenty of time to ask questions, and practise new your newly acquired techniques with a hands-on experience. Seasonal produce are used in her menus, and at the end, you will get to sit down and enjoy your creations for lunch. You can book for 1 or up to 24 people per class, with a variety of courses available from French, Italian, Mediterranean, Moroccan, modern Australian or light Asian.
