Yoghurt Flat Bread

250g flour
½ tsp. baking powder
250g yoghurt
Pinch of salt
1 ½ tsp. caraway seeds, toasted
Olive oil – for frying

Yoghurt Flat Bread


Combine all ingredients into your mixer – dough hook attached. Mix until dough is formed.

Flour your board, and place the formed dough onto board. Cut your dough into 8 even sections and roll into balls.

Get 2 pieces of baking paper and place your dough ball in the middle. Roll out with rolling pin. Repeat this process.

Heat a fry pan with a small amount of olive oil. Place flat bread in and wait until golden, then flip. Repeat process.
