Warm Chocolate with Grated Frozen Mango

Ingredients

3 chocolate blocks, 70% dark chocolate or chilli chocolate

Frozen fruit in large pieces, i.e. mango, pineapple, strawberry etc.

Optional: little sprinkle of chilli, tonka or black pepper

Method

Place the fruit in the freezer and freeze until solid.

Put a square of your favourite chocolate block on a small plate.

Microwave for 30 seconds or just until the chocolate starts to soften.

To serve – shave the frozen fruit and top the chocolate generously. Serve immediately.

Thomas’ Tip:

70% dark chocolate topped with shaved strawberry and a touch of black pepper or chilli chocolate with mango are both amazing combinations.
