Vegetarian Greek Pita

Ingredients

½ cup lettuce – shredded
½ cucumber, chopped
1 tomato, small, chopped
2 tbsp red onion, chopped
½ cup chickpeas
? cup feta cheese
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
8 olives, large
2 tspn olive oil
2 tspn vinegar
2 pitas – whole wheat

Method

Mix all the ingredients together and stuff inside pita
