Vanilla Tahini Fudge

Cook Time 5 minutes plus freezing

Servings 6

Ingredients

1½ cups tahini 

120g butter

½ - ¾ cup maple syrup

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp coconut flour 

Water, if consistency is too thick, use as required

Method

Mix together all of the ingredients in a pot over a low heat. Pour into an ice tray and place into the freezer until set.
