Ingredients

1L lemonade 

3 cups of frozen mango, pineapple and banana 

Mint, to garnish

Yellow and green sugar syrup or cordial, optional 

Method

Blend frozen mango, pineapple and banana together until a smooth thick sorbet mixture forms. 

Drizzle syrup around tall glasses to decorate. Add a few scoops of tropical sorbet then top with lemonade. 

Garnish with mint.
