Spinach Omelette with Chilli Kelp

Ingredients

1 tsp olive oil

3 eggs

2 tbsp cream

1 large handful of baby spinach

1 small handful of cheddar

Chilli kelp seasoning, to serve

Method

Whisk the eggs and cream together in a bowl.

Heat the pan over a medium heat with some olive oil then pour in the egg mixture. Mix around gently with your spatula to ensure all of the eggs are cooking, then once it is almost set, sprinkle over cheese and a handful of spinach.

Fold the omelette over and serve with a generous sprinkle of chilli kelp seasoning.
