Ingredients

1 spoonful of ghee

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp fennel seeds

1 tsp sesame seeds

A pinch of salt

Roti

Serve with a dip 

Method

Melt the ghee with the spices and salt, and baste the roti on each side with the mixture while cooking in a hot pan. 

Serve with a dip of your choice.
