Spiced Nuts

Cook Time 15 minutes

Servings makes 450g of spiced nuts

Ingredients

150g untoasted macadamias

150g untoasted cashew

150g untoasted walnuts 

60ml macadamia oil 

Pinch smoked paprika 

1 sprig of rosemary, finely chopped 

1 tsp honey

Pinch salt

Method

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Place the raw nuts on a baking tray. Add the honey, smoked paprika, and rosemary. Season with salt and mix well.

Coat the nut mixture with the macadamia oil and mix. Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
