Pepper

Homemade Ranch

½ cup sour cream

½ cup buttermilk

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped

1 tbsp dill, chopped finely

1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped

1 small garlic clove, grated

1 tsp sugar

Juice of 1 lemon

Salt and pepper

Method

Grab a bowl and throw in all your spices for the chicken. Give it a good mix. This concoction right here is your ticket to Flavorville, my friends.

Next, coat your chicken thighs with olive oil. Imagine you're painting a beautiful golden sunset, only this one is super yummy!

Now, it's time to let the magic dust work its wonders. Sprinkle the spice mix and pepper over your chicken and give it a nice rub. Let's show that chicken some love!

Lastly, it's time for our wonderful little kitchen helper, the air fryer! Pop your chicken in there, skin side down, at 200°C for 7-8 minutes. Then flip the chicken skin side up for a further 8-12 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Let the air fryer work its magic.

And there you have it! Crunchy, tasty chicken that's gonna jazz up your dinner time.

For the homemade ranch, mix all ingredients together and keep in the fridge until you use it. Best made at least 30 minutes ahead of time.
