Sour Cream Short Crust Pastry

Prep time 10 minutes + chilling time
Servings 1 tart


200g plain flour

200ml sour cream

Pinch salt

1 tbsp icing sugar (optional of sweet pastry)

Sour Cream Short Crust Pastry


Sift flour into a bowl and then add salt. Make a well in the centre and add the sour cream. Begin to incorporate with a spoon and then use your hands to form a ball of dough. Flatten out into a disc and cover with cling film. Refrigerate for 1 hours before rolling out.
