Sour Cream Dip

Ingredients

400ml sour cream
½ cup refried beans, pureed
Pinch paprika
Pinch cayenne pepper
Pinch of salt
½ punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese
½ lime juiced
Handful of coriander
Serve with corn chips

The perfect dip to take to a BBQ or to enjoy at home, try Justine's easy Sour Cream Dip!

Method

To assemble, place the sour cream on the plate first and smooth evenly. The in the middle of the sour cream put the refried beans, then a pinch of paprika, salt and cayenne pepper sprinkled over it. Pile the tomatoes into the centre of the dip, followed by the cheddar cheese. Squeeze some lime juice over the dip, coriander and serve with corn chips.
