Simple Water Based Dough
Cook Time 1 hour
Ingredients
225g flour
Pinch of salt
7g fresh yeast, dissolved in water
150ml water
Method
Add the flour, salt and yeast to your mixer and gently combine. Add the water in slowly.
Once it has come together to form a dough, cover and allow to prove for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
This recipe can be used for bread, foccacia or even pizza pockets!
