Sautéed Potatoes

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1kg potatoes, peeled and diced into 2cm cubes

30g butter

3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

4 sprigs of parsley, finely chopped


Sautéed Potatoes


Heat oil in a large sauté pan. Add the potatoes and coat in oil. Fry, tossing occasionally for a further 10 minutes on a medium heat until tender. Season with salt.

Once the potatoes are tender add the butter, garlic and parsley and toss through until the butter is foamy and the garlic has warmed through.
