Salami Roses

Ingredients

100g mild Hungarian salami, skin removed and thinly sliced

10 bocconcini, halved

Cherry tomatoes, halves

Basil leaves

Method

After removing the skin, thinly slice the salami.

Lay 4 slices of salami, overlapping with each other. Fold the bottom third of the salami up and then roll the salami up creating a flower shape. Secure in place with a tooth pick.

Place a folded basil leaf on either side of the salami flower. Then add a piece of bocconcini on either side, followed by half a cherry tomato on each end.
