Red Berry Jelly

Cook time 15 minutes + chilling

1 tsp agar agar

500ml strawberry and pear juice

2 punnets of raspberries

Red Berry Jelly


Bring the juice to a boil in a pot and remove from the heat.

Add a few tablespoons of the hot juice with the agar agar and mix until it’s smooth. Pour back into the juice and whisk until it dissolves.

Arrange berries into glasses. Top with juice mixture and chill in the fridge until set.
