Red Berry Breaky Bowl

Ingredients
¼ cup shredded coconut, to garnish
1 cup toasted muesli, to garnish
Breaky bowl smoothie
½ cup unsweetened almond milk or any milk of your choice
½ cup coconut yoghurt or any yoghurt of your choice
1 punnet strawberries, tops removed and then frozen
1 punnet raspberries, frozen reserving a few for garnish
1 banana, plus extra for garnish
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
Method
Place all the breaky bowl ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
Garnish with banana slices, raspberries, shredded coconut and toasted muesli.
