1 double shot of espresso
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
200mL full cream milk
2 tspn vanilla sugar syrup

Vanilla Sugar Syrup
1 cup water
¾ cup caster sugar
1 vanilla bean, scraped

Phil's Iced Coffee


In a small saucepan, combine all the syrup ingredients over a low heat. Once well combined, bring to the boil for two minutes and allow to cool. Keep any extra in the refrigerator.

In a blender, add the ice cream and pour in the rest of the ingredients and blend until well combined
