Miso Marinated Fish Wings

Ingredients

1 tbsp white miso

1 tbsp gochujang

1 tbsp mirin

1 tbsp sake

1 tsp soy

1 tsp ginger

2 fish wings/collars (Harpuka, Kingfish, Salmon)

Method

Mix all of the sauce ingredients together in a bowl and coat the fish.

Place on a lined baking dish and cook under the grill for 8-10 minutes on each side or until charred and cooked through.
