Mini Burgers

Ingredients

500g pork mince
500g beef mince
1 egg
½ cup breadcrumbs
1 carrot, grated
1 onion, grated
2 tbsp tomato sauce
Pinch of salt and pepper
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Method

Combine all ingredients well. Divide into balls. Pan fry on medium heat.

Serve with your favourite sauce or store for next time!
