Mango Chutney

Cook Time 1 hour

Servings 750ml

Ingredients

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1/4 caster sugar

3cm piece of ginger, minced

1/2 tsp chilli flakes

1 tbsp curry powder

1/4 tsp cumin seeds

1/2 tsp sea salt flakes

1 brown onion, chopped

400g frozen mango

Method

Place everything in a medium pot apart from the mango. Bring to the boil and reduce liquid by 2/3. Add the mango and cook for a further 5 minutes.

Place in sterilised jars and seal.
