Macadamia and White Chocolate Blondies

Ingredients
170g unsalted butter, melted
220g brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
1 large egg
210g plain flour
150g good quality white chocolate, chopped
50g roasted macadamias, chopped
Pinch of salt
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C. Heat butter in a 24 cm pan and melt. Pour into a large mixing bowl. Reserve greasy pan as the cake pan for later.
Whisk the melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla bean paste until well combined. Whisk in the eggs and flour until a thick batter occurs. Stir through the white chocolate and roasted macadamias.
Pour batter into greased pan and bake for 30 - 35 minutes until lightly golden or until a skewer inserted into the centre of the blondie comes out clean. Allow to cool completely in pan before serving.
