Lettuce Cups with Chilli Tuna

185gm can Sirena tuna, drained
½ iceberg lettuce
2 tablespoon chopped red capsicum
1 tbsp chopped spring onion
1 diced tomato with seeds removed
1 tbsp chopped coriander
Juice of ½ lime
Drizzle of olive oil
Salt to taste

Lettuce Cups with Chilli Tuna


Wash the lettuce and cut in half to create lettuce cups. Trim if necessary.

Combine the remaining ingredients, and stir. Spoon the mixture into lettuce cups.

This is ready to eat straight away, and great party food.
