Layered Nacho Dip

1 packet white corn tortilla strips

400g refried beans
300g sour cream
3 avocados
1 lime
300g spicy tomato salsa
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
1 handful freshly grated cheddar
Coriander, to garnish

Layered Nacho Dip


In a bowl crush avocado with the juice of one lime. Season with salt and pepper.

In a shallow serving bowl spread a layer of refried beans, then sour cream, followed by avocado and lime. Then top with salsa, fresh tomatoes, cheese and coriander.

Serve with a generous amount of white corn tortilla strips.

Please note: Depending on the size of the serving bowl you may need more or less of the dip ingredients to fill it.
