Korean Beef Skewers

Slice the beef into thin strips.

Combine all the marinade ingredients in a food processor and process to a paste. Pour over the beef and leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.

Allow the beef to come to room temperature before cooking. Thread the strips of beef onto a skewer.

Heat the oil in a large frypan on low heat and cook the skewers for 2 minutes on either side until beef is just cooked through. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the skewers to serve.

Serve on bed of rice.
