Cook time 20 minutes
Servings 410g sauce


1 x (410g) can rich and thick diced tomatoes

2 tsp brown sugar

2 tsp malt vinegar

Good pinch salt

Pinch of allspice

1 tsp sweet paprika

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce



Place all ingredients into a pot, bring to a boil then turn down to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes until rich and thick.

Use a masher to mash the sauce and store in a sterilised jar. This sauce will last for a week in the fridge.
