Kalette Salsa Verde

Ingredients
1 handful kalettes, halved
1 tbsp capers
4 cornichons
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp dijon mustard
Pinch of salt
Method
Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until combined.
Serve with steak, fish or any roast.
