Hummus with Tuna and Sumac

Ingredients
400g hummus
2x 95g Sirena tuna in oil, drained
1 ½ tsp sumac
¼ bunch of mint, leaves picked
Good extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
½ a lemon
4 pieces of Lebanese bread to serve.
Method
On a large platter spread the hummus liberally. Scatter the drained tuna on top and sprinkle the sumac. Season with a little salt and pepper and drizzle oil all over. Finally add the mint leaves and good squeeze of lemon juice.
Toast Lebanese bread in a hot oven for 4 minutes until crispy. Serve with the hummus and tuna platter.
